Since VP simulates pinballs games which have many
mechanical parts, I believe we can simulate some other types of games that also use
mechanical parts. To test my theory I built a rifle game in VP. This is a prototype. A
small version of this game will be featured as a mini game in my next pinball table.
The game is very simple and doesn't have too much depth
(although things start to get a little bit more interesting after the 30th hit.) It is
intented as a test and to show that we can built other types of games with VP. I have some
ideas to make the game more interesting (allow the the gun to move up and down, insert
moving targets, bonus stage) but I don't know how much further I'll go in the developing
of this game since it's not pinball related and it's not my priority, it'll depend on how
much feedback I have. Anyway the file its just 210KB, I tried to keep it very small.

HOW TO PLAY:
Press S to start a game.
FLIPPER KEYS move gun.
SPACE fires.
Game starts to get a little bit more interesting after the 30th hit. One hundred hits is a
very good score. Game ends if you miss ten shots.

Known issue: There's just one gun but it casts five shadows on the playfield. This is a
problem with the IsDropped property which wasn't intended to be used with this kind of
animation. I think when we have the ability to make walls invisible, animation would be
easier to implement.
